At Hainan SeaPeak Trading Co.,Ltd. ("we," "us," or "our"), we engineering high-performance automotive LED lighting systems and stand behind our manufacturing metrics. We understand that seamless asset integration is vital for international distributors, wholesalers, and professional tuning shops. This document covers our commercial Return, Refund, and Factory Warranty matrix for all global bulk orders, samples, and automotive lighting deployments.
By authorizing an international purchase or settling a proforma invoice via www.seapeaktrading.cn, your procurement division acknowledges and agrees to the commercial frameworks specified below.
1. Commercial Return & Exchange Criteria
For standard inventory acquisitions (such as stock batches of LED headlight bulbs or universal projector lenses), returns or swap requests must meet the following strict commercial criteria:
- Temporal Window: Requests must be officially logged via email within 30 days of the verified cargo delivery date.
- Product Condition: Items must remain in absolute original manufacturing condition—completely unused, unmounted to any vehicle housing, with original wiring harness un-cut, and free from installation abrasions.
- Packaging Framework: Sealed inside the authentic original SeaPeak product packaging box, including all internal anti-static packing and foam blocks.
- Documentation: Accompanied by the original commercial invoice, packing slip, or wholesale order index token.
Non-Returnable Industrial Assets:
- Custom engineered automotive light arrays, personalized brand modifications (OEM/ODM private label packaging updates).
- Products showing vehicle mounting marks, modification scratches, or severed terminal plugs.
- Clearance lots, customized overstock promotions, or orders designated as "Final Sale".
2. Return Processing Framework
To initiate a return process for eligible items, your procurement desk must follow the protocol below:
- Transmit a formal Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) directive to our support desk (support@seapeaktrading.cn) or via WhatsApp link (+86 19701696496) outlining the batch code and rationale.
- Upon operational approval, our desk will generate an official RMA routing voucher containing the exact verified return dispatch warehouse location.
- Pack the products securely to mitigate global transit vibration and affix the RMA routing voucher clearly to the exterior freight carton.
- Dispatch the package via a traceable carrier tracking service (such as DHL, FedEx, or UPS) and forward the tracking credentials to SeaPeak.
- Following inbound customs delivery and technical lab evaluation at our center, refunds or alternative replacement credits will be balanced within 5–7 commercial business days.
3. Financial Settlements & Freight Allocations
Approved refunds are systematically allocated back to the initial financial clearance channel used for purchase:
- Refund amounts cover the net product cost (original ocean/air shipping fees, port terminal charges, and local import tariffs are non-refundable unless caused by a verified factory packaging mistake).
- Banking clearance times take 5–10 commercial business days depending on international wire processing and global banking network pipelines.
Logistics Cost Liability: International buyers bear full fiscal liability for return freight costs, port clearing fees, and local customs assessments on standard, non-defective returns. For incoming freight from global regions, please select a DDP/DAP tracking carrier.
4. Factory Defect Protections & Limited Warranty
We build our automotive LED headlights and projector lens configurations to high manufacturing standards. If an asset shows structural failure, Canbus warning faults, or chip malfunctions:
- Immediate Delivery Damage: Document transit damages within 7 days of delivery by emailing high-resolution photos and diagnostic videos highlighting the unserviceable items.
- Simplified B2B Warranty Cut-Wire Protocol: For verified functional defect claims during the product warranty cycle, international clients do not need to ship heavy items back to China. Simply record a clear diagnostic video showing the non-functional light, cut the wiring harness tracking label, and we will issue replacement inventory units or credit vouchers on your subsequent batch production.
- Exclusions: Warranty structures are voided if failures result from uncalibrated vehicle retrofitting, severe accidents, systemic power overloads, or unauthorized housing adjustments.
