- Bulk / Container Loads: Subject to standard production lead times (typically 7–15 business days depending on volume requirements).
- OEM / ODM Custom Branded Orders: Timelines are structured according to the custom blueprint specifications agreed upon during technical consultation.
2. Global Logistics Channels & Delivery Estimates
All international consignments originate securely from our core fulfillment hubs and automated warehouses located in Zhuhai, Guangdong, China. We deploy premium global carriers to promise speed and maximum protection against cargo vibrations:

- Checkout Calculations: Freight rates are precisely calculated based on total weight, dimension metrics, shipping destination, and live tier carrier quotes.
- Wholesale & Container Freight: For large-volume bulk orders, customized commercial shipping rates and ocean freight quotes will be generated directly by our logistics desk.
- Duties & Import Taxes: All values displayed on our server are EXW/FOB terms unless stated otherwise. International commercial importers are solely responsible for local VAT, Customs Clearance dues, and statutory tariff fees.
4. Tracking Deployments & Delivery Anomalies
An automated confirmation containing official master tracking numbers will be transmitted immediately via email upon system dispatch. You can track cargo status via carrier tracking servers or your account panel.
In the rare event of transit delays or customs documentation requests:
- Contact our dedicated support specialists within 15 days of expected carrier arrival.
